Fundraising
The PRMHSA helps our school purchase technology, programs and materials that are not in their budget. In the 2024-2025 school year our funds were allocated towards many excited events, such as:
- Stories of Adversity & Resilience Program (SOAR)
- Teen Canteen for all grades
- Mini-Grants to teachers to institute new, innovative and educational programs
- TREP$ Business Club
- STEM Night
- Funded a school Veteran’s Day event
- 8th Grade Activities, which includes a bagel breakfast for the Philadelphia trip, Class T-Shirts, Class Graduation Photo & Individual Graduation Photos and the Graduation Dance
- Dinner for teachers during Back to School Night, Parent/Teacher conferences in the Fall & Teacher/Staff appreciation luncheon in the Spring
- HSA Member Student Directory
- Retirement gifts for our teachers
- Donated the entertainment for the Intergenerational Prom
- Field Day ice pops
Our budget is raised primarily through Membership Dues, Donations, Ticket Prices (Teen Canteen, 8th Grade Dance and TREP$). We have limited fundraising events.
Locks
The PRMHSA sells locks to incoming 6th graders, new students, and anyone who has misplaced their lock. All students are required to purchase their locks from the HSA. Students need 2 locks - one for their hall locker (black dial) and one for their gym locker (green dial). These locks can be used for all their years at PRM.
Historically, the HSA has been able to acquire locker ladders at a discounted price for sale to students. Unfortunately, our vendor is no longer able to provide them to us. If you would like a locker ladder, we recommend searching Amazon or other online retailers.

School Supplies
Pre-packaged school supplies are available through our partner, SchoolToolbox.com. You can purchase the full box, or add and remove items based on your needs. Purchasing through School Toolbox is optional. You can purchase items on your own if you prefer.
